[Chrysler300] Bleeding the brakes

I am completing installation of the AAJ disc brake kit on my 300F. I am not getting fluid to the rear by using a Mityvac pump and have no immediate assistance to do the pump and hold routine.
I suspect I have the setting on the AAJ provided prop valve wrong.
Can someone give me insight as to how I should set the valve to allow vacuum bleeding.
The fronts bled out fine.
Paul
