[Chrysler300] speedo reading on a 300D

Hi Everyone.
After six years I have finally driven My D and went to a local cruise. The only problem was with the speedo reading showing 20 mph too high, At 30 mph it shows 50 and at 50 mph shows 70 etc, I have fitted 235/75/14 tyres. The transmission is from a 300 but slightly later,59 or 60, as I had to change the bell housing to a hemi one. I assume the drive in the trans is the problem and wondered if anyone could tell what the correct one should be for the 58
