[Chrysler300] 300K Exhaust Gasket and Fuel Sending Unit Sources?

Hi All,
In the home stretch of getting the Ram K Convt back on the road and ready for Carlisle! To that end, looking for any and all recommendations on where to source the following:

1. Fuel sending unit (mine may be bad)

2. Exhaust gasket (square type, attaches to the two exhaust pipes to the exhaust manifold collector)

Appreciate any and all leads!
