Agreed, and good advice.  This hotel is located in a building that was originally a Ford factory that manufactured Edsel cars.  My friend has his Edsel on display in their lobby, and the hotel staff has always been very responsible regarding the car being on display there, so this is not their first rodeo as far as dealing with antique vehicle displays.  Certainly a discussion of the terms and conditions of the display and protection of the vehicle are in order for any of these kinds of events.
I've had my car in a movie/series about Julia Child, the French chef, that was filmed a couple of years ago in the Boston area.  Sometimes the car was just parked in the background, other times it was used for driving around in various scenes, but I was always the one doing the driving.  Car owners were always present during the filming process, and we were even used as extras in the background without our cars.
It was a fun experience, but I wouldn't want to do it all the time.  It was just at the end of Covid, and car shows and cruise nights hadn't really come back online yet, so it was a fun way to use my car (and get paid for it, too) during a time when there were no other car related events to attend.
