I've looked at this car a couple times. It doesn't have a J engine, it has a 360hp K engine. The car was restored in 1978 and the seats were redone by a local upholsterer. She has this car, a 300K 4-barrel coupe and a '64 Sport convertible. She got appraisals on the cars and I discussed the values with her on them. She really doesn't want to sell the sport convertible as that was her high school car. The appraiser wasn't a specialist in these cars and he didn't know that the 300J didn't have the correct engine in it.Here's an article on the car from 1982 - https://www.chrysler300club.com/library/J/MAG/cpJ/J.htmlHere's the article on the 300K from that same issue - https://www.chrysler300club.com/library/K/cpK64/64.htmlOn Wed, May 7, 2025 at 9:04 AM 'James Douglas' via Chrysler 300 Club International <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:--https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/d/redwood-estates-very-rare-1963-chrysler/7846376481.html
This showed up in craigslist…seems a little pricy for the condition.
