On my
Advantage I wish they would have used a slightly larger diameter set of rods for the locks. These would be the rods that go across faces. They tend to flex too much, but they do the job. A minor bitch. I think their drip trays could be much better designed. Too hard to clean and they allow for leaks to get by them on the edges. A better design would be good. <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> On Behalf Of
Robert Kelley Jeff; I'm a big fan of Advantage Lifts, having one for several years. Our 300F sits on top during the winter and not a sag in the ramps. Like Nick I too wanted the enclosed posts. Every
structural piece has thicker steel or has addition reinforcement. Each corner has dual locking pawls, Cross members containing the pawls are pre-assembled, 1/2" cable instead of 3/8", and you will love the aluminum ramps. Sheaves with bushings and zerk fittings.
The shipment is packaged in the order of assembly with cylinder, cables, and power-pack pre-assembled. Great online assembly video and phone service. I had mine picked up by a flat bed car hauler positioned so we just placed the package on the garage floor with a machinery skate and used the engine hoist to assemble.
