{Chrysler 300} 64 Bendix power booster

May need input,please.

We completed installation of wheel cylinders and bled system twice.
Brake pedal very good. Until I started the engine.

The brakes went to the floor!    I blooded of the vacuum hose and the brakes were back up.

The drums were set at zeroe notches, somehow the brakes stayed on after offing the engine.

I will disconnect new master from booster and hope brakes will free up.
I'm guessing this is a faulty booster.  About 30 years old.

Any previous issues like this from Club members?

Thanks
Dave D
