[Chrysler300] Flightsweep decklid - hubcap removal

Hello & happy Spring!  How are those nifty hubcaps attached to the trunk lid
of the '60F &'61 various?
  
Are they simply pressed-in like regular wheelcovers -- or are there
fasteners?
Other than the drain holes & lack of valve stem hole, may regular
wheelcovers be used on the trunk?
