Greg,
I bought seat belts for my 300H from Wesco performance. I was told that all H seat belts were black so that's what I went with.  I also bought the eye bolts from Wesco.  I had no pre-drilled holes because I put in all new floor pans.  I used reference pictures that I took at the Myrtle Beach meet to locate the mounting positions.  I had to order by phone because I needed the eye bolts, otherwise, you can order via internet.
