[Chrysler300] tube numbers and layout for Mopar model 918 radio

Hello list,
I'm troubleshooting a radio for a fellow member who is travelling right now, so I'm asking the list for some help.
The radio is a Mopar model 918 from a 57 Dodge.  It is a six tube radio, but the radio does not have a tube layout diagram anywhere inside or out.  I can't read the numbers on some of the tubes, so I can't test them.  If anyone has info on this radio and can just share the tube numbers with me, that would be a big help.
