[Chrysler300] Windshield stainless

Hello 300'ly to all!
        I need some advice for removing the lower windshield stainless
strip that runs parallel to the windshield wipers and the cowl vent. 
What does one have to do to remove it?  My stainless refinisher wants the
pieces next week.  I do not want to damage the piece in removing. 
However, I have a sneaking suspicion that there may be a few nuts that
have to be removed by the edge of the dash.  Advice from veteran C or D
stainless removers please?   Thanks.  ROB KERN
