First, talk to the yard and ask them why they sent you the Ply floor instead
of a Chry floor, and in such a poor condition. If they're reputable, they'll
apologise and send you the correct floor, or send you a refund. If they
don't, let us all know who they are so we can avoid them. You may want to
mention that as well.

If you end up stuck with it, patch it and get what you can for it locally.
Then buy a set of the repro floor sections that they now sell.
