In my opinion there is a big difference between love, hobby, real estate  & 
investments.
I've been an art dealer for Thirty years and have always told my customers  
to buy what they like and what makes them happy, I kept the business card of a  
stock broker friend and always gave out his name when the subject of  
investment become the deciding factor.
I drive my car because I love it, I don't care what its worth, money will  
not substitute my pleasure.
