[Chrysler300] door lock paint

We're talking about the door lock mechanisms -- those metal deals with the 
star wheel. I didn't realize F's and G's are painted but I checked and I 
agree.

I checked several original 62s and none have painted door lock mechanisms.

I can't say for sure 63 wasn't painted -- mine isn't painted but it was 
restored by a previous owner (remember John Sheets?). I checked un-restored 
64 Chryslers, and they aren't painted.

Just another Chrysler oddity I guess.
