Several months ago I was the victim of fraud on e-bay.  I paid for merchandise with US Postal Money Orders the merchandise was never shipped.  Several attempts to communicate with the seller and still no satisfaction.  I contacted e-bay only to learn they could care less.  I then filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/
Well after sometime my complaint was forwarded to the West Virginia State Police and an investigation initiated regarding my complaint and I this week (March 14) learned that an arrest is imminent.

Now my question Have any of you folks been the victims of such fraud where the merchandise originated in the Wheeling West Virginia area?  If so please contact me directly and I will provide information that may help you make a recovery.
