[Chrysler300] Wedge Ex. Manifolds

I can't seem to keep exhaust leaks from springing up on our '62 300 413 block. The heads and manifolds were surfaced at the rebuild, 25,000 miles ago. I put in all new studs and use flat steel washers with brass nuts. I torque to the manual specs and re-torque once heated up, then cooled down. I think I use FelPro manifold gaskets.

Any secrets I should try?
