[Chrysler300] Disc brakes & what it takes

Hello,

I just spent the morning visiting with Roger Thomason of AAJ Brakes, and discussing disc brakes and what it takes to stop the old timer's version of "heavy metal". I found him to be quite knowledgeable, and a likable guy. I bought a complete set of disc brakes [ front & rear ] for my C. It will probably be about a week before the car is up and running. I would be happy to report the results if anyone is interested. I noticed that there are no dust or water shields as there are on most factory installations. They are just "hanging out there in the breeze". Has this caused any problems with any of you current users? Maybe you don't drive on wet days, or in dusty places. Do they work going on and off the trailer?

                    Al Peirish

If I ever get to Oklahoma, I'd like to challenge Rob Kern to a "go and whoa" race.
