[Chrysler300] Atlas parts

Purchased battery cable from e bay June 7,phoned and
gave shipping info and credit card Number. Totd items
would ship right away.
No shign two weeks later,phoned and he said items were
not in stock yet. I asked why he listed items he didnt
carry. Got lame response.
Phoned today and was told he is still waiting on
positive cables. He said he would cancel the order.
I knew there was some bad feedback on this guy,but I
did not expect the jackass attitude. 

Anywhere else to get battery cables.
