Pilkington Classics has the DW604. They're $440 delivered. 18-wheeler
delivery -- must be signed-for. Sorry I forgot to write-down the phone
number.
I think the interchange was all '61-'64 non-convt, non-imperial.
Got mine yesterday. It looks nice; hope it fits!
