[Chrysler300] Gas Mileage

The "F" averages around 12 mpg. Mostly highway (non-X-way) driving. I believe it has a 2.93:1 rear axle ratio. It would probably do a bit better if I could keep my foot out of it.....

  Matt, if you're running a 3.23 rear axle it's about right. My 300K with 
  crossrams and (rich running) competition AFB's gets 11-12 mpg on long trips 
  with top down. My 70 Charger R/T with single 4bbl , 4speed, 3.54 Dana usually 
  gets 16-17 mpg at "cruising" speed in overdrive. 

  Depending on how often you drive the car and under what conditions you may 
  want to swap in a 2.76 ratio. They're usually inexpensive... don't forget to 
  change to the correct speedo pinion gear so your speedometer is correct and 
  you'll probably pick up a few mpg's
