Certainly the auction is fraudulent. Nice car, is it now pwned by a club member? 
   
  I just saw the auction myself and reported it to eBay, stating the fact that the car is priced at 1/10 market value and the auction is open to pre-approved bidders only.

Seems the saying "if it seems to good to be true, it probably isn't" might apply here. Otherwise, that guy's driveway will be lined up tomorrow morning after the banks open.
