Jim -

I think the key here is the fact that it's not a running, driving vehicle.
Hagerty is giving you a price as if it was a parts car. OTOH, your
homeowner's insurance may be able to insure the parts for a stated amount as
a rider to your policy. Similar to the way that jewelry or a coin collection
would be insured.
