[Chrysler300] Inline air filters

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to find out what everyone does for the oval air cleaners. I
had ordered some oval air cleaners from K&N, they fit but the height
is off. The K&N's are 3 1/2" tall and I think the original air
filters are 2 1/4" tall. The 3 1/2" clear, but barely. Is there a 9"
diameter air cleaner that people buy off the shelf in the auto parts
store that can be shaped to fit the oval housing. At one point I had
sat down in the auto parts store and pulled out all the filters out
of the boxes and checked what would work. I found the fram ca3622
filters worked, but now I can't find those on the shelf anymore. I
don't know if I'm expecting too much to be able to walk down to the
local parts store and get what I need.
Thanks,
Sean Duggan
P.S. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers in 300 land!
