Hi Brian;
 
The diameter of a dime is 0.705", so it seems from your pictures the dime  is 
slightly larger than the holes. The holes appear to be about 45/64" diameter, 
 the nearest common size would be 11/16" ( 0.6875" ), or 1/64" smaller than 
the  hole. The straight body lug nut outside diameter should be very close to 
that  size.
