It's a HUGE undertaking. There are also firewall mods that need to be done. 
If you have all the factory stuff to do the install you should already have 
the dash and it's associated parts. NOT a job for the weak at heart or one 
with limited enthusiasm.

I've never attemted this project nor would I try, but I have parted out 
enough '63-'64's to know it would be a job and 1/2 without a complete parts 
car w/A/C pkg.
