Great question!

Someday I suppose my G will need a replacement top, so if there is a highly recommended one available somewhere, I just might want to get one and save it for a rainy day (no pun intended!).

Of course, I then have a follow up question.  Is it a good idea to buy one now and save it, or will it shrink and never fit once it's time to put it on in 5 or 10 years?

Any suggestions for a source for a convertible top for my K? I have 
looked at a number of sources, but have been unable to find a blue top so far. 
Any good/bad experiences out there by you drop top guys/gals?
