[Chrysler300] Heat Tube

Does anybody know if the  Heat Tubes for the  Ram Tubes on the drivers 
side on the 300J & K are the same as the ones used on the 300F & G?
  I'm putting a set of 300J exhaust headers on my 300F,  But the long 
heat tube hits the steering box.   Has anybody ran into this problem?
