Hi All:
George has the correct figure.  Way back in the '70s when I worked at  
Chrysler I had a contact that could give me production figures----usually in  terms 
of percentage.  He told me that 9.5% of 300K production was code 332,  the 
390HP engine package.  9.5% of 3647 total 300K production equals  346 Ram cars.  
As far as hardtops and converts, I cannot just count the  microfilm as there 
are cars missing from it.  However, considering the  missing cars, I 
estimate----and I think it is a pretty good estimate----that 64  of the 346 300K ram 
cars were convertibles.  Hope this helps a  little.
