[Chrysler300] window switch

hey 300 people
i have a 57 conv.& after having someone work on it (i am now correcting the work)
it seems the master window switch is working the wrong way.as i remember looking at the switch it should be:
left front  right front  left rear  right rear mine is working the opposite.if i turn the switch or connector around then up becomes down & down becomes up.
que pasa?
