[Chrysler300] Going his way

I don't know about turnaround time for the headliners, but it has been noted
on this server that faxing Gary is the best and perhaps only way to begin
communications with him.  

In a discussion with Gary, he indicated some frustration with some
headliners as being especially difficult to obtain appropriate materials and
proper fabrication so the customer would be satisfied.  I got the distinct
impression that he really hates to put out something that is not "right" and
might not look good when properly installed.
