RE: [Chrysler300] 300C at RM Fort Lauderdale

I do not know about towns in Wyoming re restoration standards, but that black 300C coupe looks like it has had some (serious/big?) money spent on it, and from photos looks maybe near better than factory, although the horizontal pleating on the door cards/trims looks fuller, more padded than on my original (but obviously now 50 years old) 300Cs - otherwise looks bloody good/great most everywhere else? Abnd the one side of the car they show, the panels look straight and gaps etc not too bad, better than many.

I note it offered no reserve, which is a big risk/punt on behalf the seller, especially when they do not bother to take photos with windows down (all 300s usually look way better with windows down - and you must make lookers want to have/own that car !?), or against a better background?! And re final price, the car is not a convertible, and it is the convertibles that always usually bring more than coupes, so maybe $100-125K is what they thought a good price to list, and see where it goes? If it is knockout restoration, and noting it has most every re sought option, plus wires and wide whitewall radials, it may end anywhere if a few decide they want it? - John Lyons or other US members are far more qualified than me to offer comment re price on this site where I often take up too much space, but just thought I'd say the car looks sharp, even if photographer and Auction Company could have done a better job ? And some auction listing detail re wether it an original dry car, rather than a rusted out rather sad case before resto, also would/may have helped re any final price ?!
