[Chrysler300] Who is the "F" owner

This morning, while driving down Valley Circle in the West Hills area of Los Angeles, I was following a Ford that had a bumper sticker "My other car is a Chrysler 300F".  I live not far from Lou Barrie and Big Yellow, but the driver wasn't Lou.  Dan Reitz lives not too far away, couldn't see well enough to determine if it was him.  So who was it, anybody know?
