[Chrysler300] 300k cvt glove box switch.

Hi,
Well can any one out there explain to me how to set up or even how  
the glove box switch , light works on a 300K cvt?  I have a switch  
which I believe is the correct one but its function makes no sense to  
me!  It may be incomplete but does appear to fit the hole where a  
switch would go.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
