[Chrysler300] upper control arms, 64

Where are the balloon seals for the 64 ball joints?   Napa doesn't have'em...
   
  I removed the bushings, and the support sleeves are still in place on the upper control arm, how does one remove them?
                                                          need guidance, 300K-ly Dave in mild Va.
