[Chrysler300] subscription from foreign

Hi all,
I'm member since a lot of years and every year i subscribed via Paypal 
(through John Hertog) because it was the easiest thing when you're a 
foreign member. I know the problems he has and i don't know how to 
subscribe this year .. Can i pay via Paypal and what is the email account ?
