[Chrysler300] dash pad material for a 300c

does it matter what kind of material i use to cover my dash? is there any  
certain pad i need to use? i was thingking about jet ski seat material because  
it holds up so well in the sun. i wonder about the texture though. any input  
would be appreciated.
