Hi Bill,  I have all the wheel covers anyone would need for 1955 and 1956 Chrysler 300, most virtually perfect but will need  Jim Fabers centers.  If you know who bought it I could contact them.  Don Rook in Mena, Arkansas

  Went to the auction of the Lorn Gates estate today at Beloit, KS.
  The C300 didn't look quite as good in person as in the pictures but it 
  seems to be a very restoreable car. It did not have the correct air 
  cleaner, the hubcaps had been stolen, and the interior was ratty, the 
  drivers side window was cracked. It showed 86,542 miles, and ran 
  roughly. They said it needed brakes.
  It had California black plates with a 1969 decal, Lic. number was 
  GDZ889.
  Gloria, the serial number was 3N552574 
  Final bid was $21,000.
  No, I did not buy it.
