RE: [Chrysler300] 62 300 convert speedo cable

Dave:

I honestly don't remember what Karps charged me when I had one of the metal
oval can boosters done for my '62 Sport Ragtop.

I know, the '62 "Sport" does not normally use this type of power brake
booster but I retrofitted the complete booster and pedal assembly from a '60
Imperial to fit around the Short Ram setup that I installed.

When I got the oval can booster, I physically took it down to Karps' shop
and explained that I wanted it rebuilt with a modified (90 degree angle)
vacuum port on it to clear the Short Ram air cleaner. I also had him powder
coat the metal can assembly. It turned out gorgeous and works like a champ.
I would definitely recommend his services. But as I said, I really don't
remember what he charged me.

Yeah, they are really proud of their stuff, for sure!!

I need one of these also.

Any one know what Karps charges to rebuild the 57-60 PB units?
