Thanks to all of the kind folks who directed me to Andy Bernbaum Auto Parts. He has them in stock under part # Q103 for $24.50 plus shipping. I've got one on its way. He also carries the universal joint c/w with the boot as part #Q123 for $155.00 plus shipping.
