RE: [Chrysler300] F gas tanks

My G convert has a fuel tank from a '60 Chrysler.  I'm not sure of the
model, but I think it was a 4 door donor car.  It was an exact replacement
and fit perfect, I don't see why a G tank wouldn't fit an F.  Having said
that, I have never checked the part numbers to see if they are the same, but
the '60 tank fit my '61 no problem.

I am pretty sure that I used the gas tank from my 60 parts car in one of the
G's I was working on. So has anyone used a G tank in an F ? I know the angle
of the filler tube is slightly different. Everyone tells me that they are
