[Chrysler300] Replacement Wheel Questions

The wheel discussion has me thinking of purchasing a new set of steel
wheels for my G just as cheap insurance. I do have a few questions that
I thought others may find useful:

 

*	Is there a reference on the club site on what size wheels (both
diameter & width) will safely work our cars?
*	What effect on judging would a switch to newer wheels have?
Should this qualify as a safety exemption?
*	Are their any recommended vendors for the replacement wheels?
