You can buy those bumper bolts at NAPA. They have two or three different size heads so take your old ones with you. Specify stainless steel capped?bolts and polish the heads before you install them. They will be as bright as your new bumpers.

Does anyone have a source for the 1/2" chrome bumper bolts on my 300F? I bought 
some NOS bolts on Ebay, but they are not useable...dented and scrtached. I just 
had the rear bumper rechromed by B+L Plating in Warren MI, they did a terrific 
job...not cheap however!
