[Chrysler300] Engine Paint

Hi Group,
I had the engine on my second H steam cleaned on Wednesday and the new MOPAR turquoise paint on my intake manifold turned yellow.
I have also noted that both thermostat housings (painted with the same paint) have yellowed.
I guess that this paint isn't good for temperatures much over 180 degrees.
There is an ad in the WPC News for engine enamels and the seller says that it is good up to 600 degrees and I have ordered 2 spray cans.
Any suggestions and/or advice will be greatly appreciated.
