 Of all the 1955 and 1956 300's I have had with wire wheels, none have a checkerboard center.  This covers 8 cars.  In addition, I have at lease 40 additional wire wheels with caps that also do not have a checkerboard center.  What gives?  Sincerely,  Don Rook in Mena, Arkansas
