[Chrysler300] Interior Haze

Does anyone have a solution to the light grey haze that appears on
the interior vinyl each winter. Happens each year during the cold
weather, then disappears each year. I have carefully cleaned the
surfaces with mild soap and water, but still have the problem each winter.
