Canada didn't adopt the metric system until the late 70's /early 80's. All cars sold in Canada prior to that change over were in MPH. I would presume European exports would be the only other reason for a speedo in Kilometers, if in fact that is the unit of measure.

Wayne Graefen confirms that these are Canadian versions of the 120 mph 
speedometers, not 200 mph.and not out of a 300-F special.

I have never seen one, but the gauges appear to be 1960 (the lines are 
straight up and down). He states that the 300-F GT had a 200 mph 
speedometer - we should ask Wayne.
