[Chrysler300] 300 current values & coming Mecum Monterey Auction

Mecum are holding an Auction where not only some real nice/rare 300s are going up, but also very desirable/rare models of '58 and 59 DeSoto. In the Auction are also some pretty amazing timber hull early power/race boats, plus only ever 16cylinder Miller race car, etc, etc - maybe 10-15 of the 'cream of the cream' of highly prized marques, even a Ferrari Daytona convert, genuine low owner Cobras, etc, etc..

Their Monterey auction is this weekend I think, and you may via Google search access the list of cars/photos, some history re each offering.

A red 300F convert, the '60 Daytona Flying Mile 300F, only supposed ever surviving DeSoto FI coupe, plus other 300s/Chryslers should give a pretty good gauge of how American Collector Car scene is going post global Finacial Crisis, how our 300 values are going, plus maybe how much a few of the 'cream of the cream' are valued today post GFC ??

I look forward to seeing the results, and likely others' comments re what paid related to how correct/pristine the individual cars/300s were, and any additional unmentioned history re them that might be interesting. A few mins seeing/reading results may make a nice break from working on old mongrel cars too much?!
