Re: [Chrysler300] Hub caps

-I have 15's on my F, and still use the beautiful 14" hubcaps...I got some 15" rims from a 80's Dodge Diplomat(police car) and had some 14" ford rims that I cut the outer rim lips from and welded into the 15's...these serve as a mounting surface for the stock caps...when done carefully, the new set-up can be balanced just like any regular rim when you get a new tire mounted...the method is outlined in the club website...

Considering going to 15" wheels for betterwner of radial tire selection

(235x75x15). Also, thinking of AAJ disc brake set up (bigger rotor for 15

vs 14). My delimna has been the hub caps are for 14" wheels. I recall a 58

D coupe at the Lake Tahoe meet, that had 15 wheels and hub caps from a later

300. Does anyone know owner of this car. I think it had a montana plate.

Appreciate feedback on radial tires and disc brake conversion.
