Suggest you don't open it.  It is spam.  Many peoples free email accounts 
have been compromised and then spam is sent to all of their address book.

If you know the sender get them to change their password on this email 
account and seriously check their PC for malware.

I am seeing this a lot with the people who advertise on my site American 
Dream Cars www.americandreamcars.com.

I used to support Windows PCs for a living for the United States government 
before I went into the web business so I know something about this kind of 
stuff.
