Re: [Chrysler300] 300's in the movies

I believe that is a 300D convert that is shown a couple times in that
movie. Also, one that hasn't been
mentioned is the "World, the Flesh, and the Devil with Harry Belafonte. It is
an "end of humanity" sort of flick. He throws a tire through a dealership
window and drives a 300D out in search of other survivors. Black and
white movie, but the D could be Aztec Turquoise or Tahitian Coral, as I
recall-----or Mesa Tan, I suppose.

The black C vert in Crime Story was and I believe still is owned by club
member Andy Jugle in Illinois.

Also I recall a white D (or C) in the original "Cape Fear" movie (not the
remake) and of course the white D vert at the beginning of "Quiz Show"
which
was featured in a previous Club News and the red G coupe in the first few
minutes of "Love Field".

Hello, Henry:

Don't forget the black C convertible (if my memory serves me correctly)
that

appeared in the TV series "Crime Story."
Dennis Farina starred in the series that ran from 1986-88 on NBC.

Hello

Is anyone keeping a track of movies in which Chrysler 300's appear?

Just watching "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad World" and saw a five second cameo of
Jerry Lewis in a 300H convertible driving over Spencer Tracy's hat. A 1962
Imperial convertible is the feature car though, with a Plymouth wagon.

Also saw a 300H convertible in a James Stewart movie where he takes his
family on holiday to an old house the beach. There was an Imperial and a
Dodge wagon in that too if I remember rightly. Can't remember the name of
the movie.

Cheers

Henry
